ORDERING

Ready to place your order? Great! Here is our simple step by step guide:

Browse through our selection at: Shop

Click on the desired product(s), choose your quantity then click “Add to Cart”

When you have all your products in your shopping cart, and are ready to Checkout, click on the shopping cart icon (top-right of your screen) and you will be redirected to the View Cart page

Check over your order and if you have a coupon code enter it here. Don’t have a coupon code to use? We offer FREE shipping for orders over $150.

In the Checkout page, you will need to login with your email address and password. If this is your first time registering with us, you will need to upload your photo ID, provide your email, choose a password and complete the required fields to have your account set up.

Once you’ve completed all the required fields, you’ll need to accept the Terms and Conditions then click “Proceed”

We accept payment only through e-transfer. Once we received your e-transfer payment, your order will be processed and will ship the following business day. We’ll email your tracking number as soon as available.

If we receive your order and e-transfer payment by our 10am PST cutoff time, your order will ship that business day. If we receive your order and payment after 10am PST, your order will ship the next business day.

A. We have secure and discreet packaging which is vacuum sealed to protect your purchase and your privacy. Always shipped securely through Canada Post. We ship 2-day express with Canada Post on the same day if you order before 1 PM PST with a turnaround time of 1-3 days. 

Please note we cannot offer delivery guarantee if you live in Nunavut, the Yukon, Northern Ontario and Northern Quebec as there is a higher % of postal thefts in these areas. You will be ordering at your own risk and will not receive a replacement pack or refund if the package is lost or stolen.

We can cancel your order if it has not been shipped out. Please email us at info@evergreenmedicinal.com or chat with us here. If you want to edit or add to your order, you need to cancel your current order with us and create a new order.  

PAYMENTAND FEES

Payment is made using e-transfer which will protect your purchase and is a safe transaction.

Yes. We charge 5% GST on orders. This is included in the checkout price.

We offer FREE shipping on orders over $150. We ship our orders via Canada Post and we provide a tracking number via email for you once the order has shipped. If you live in a remote area, your order may take a few extra days to reach you.

Once the order is placed, the next step is to send your payment to us. We keep the order on hold until the payment is received. If there’s no payment after two days, then the order is canceled.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

If you don’t get your package after two days past the expected delivery date please contact us. We can do a trace with Canada Post.

We email the tracking number before scanning the package at the post office. It won’t show up as trackable on the Canada Post site until the package is scanned by the post office. The correct tracking should show up by the end of the business day.
